A. On October 5th, 2020 Inpixon (Nasdaq: INPX) announced it will acquire Nanotron Technologies GmbH (nanotron), a subsidiary to Sensera Ltd. (Sensera). The transaction consists of the acquisition of Sensera’s IoT Solutions division including 100% of the outstanding shares of nanotron which would include all products, technologies, customer contracts, partnership agreements, patents and intellectual property associated with the Sensera IoT Solutions division.

With deployments of thousands of tags, a rich partner and distribution network, modular hardware and software we will have many more use cases to enable for our customers.
A. Jibestream will become part of a larger organization where it can leverage more breadth and depth of resources to support sales, marketing, development, support, and back-office initiatives. Jibestream clients will also benefit from having access to Inpixon’s Indoor Positioning Analytics (IPA) technology, IPA sensors, video surveillance solutions, and GPS offerings creating potential cross-selling opportunities. Jibestream will also be able to leverage Inpixon’s established global reseller partner program further expanding Jibestream’s global reach.
A. Current and in development nanotron solutions will be maintained, supported and enhanced. The companies' respective product development efforts will continue as previously planned, and the teams will work together to develop a product roadmap and new products that leverage potential synergies.
