Meet the diverse and talented team that leads Inpixon.

Nadir Ali
Nadir AliChief Executive Officer
Nadir Ali leads Inpixon with a collective two decades in enterprise software, business analytics, and information technology.

Mr. Ali first served as Vice President of Strategic Programs at Sysorex from 1995 to 1998, wherein he ushered their transition to Vanstar and managed over $1 billion in multi-year contracts. This marked his trajectory into mergers and acquisitions totaling $150 million.

He then shifted gears to Isadra Inc., an e-commerce software start-up, as VP of Finance and Marketing. Before stepping into Sysorex Consulting Inc. as President, he spent three years as Managing Director of Tira Capital.

For over 15 years, his executive-level roles at Inpixon (formerly Sysorex) tapped into the $12 billion industry of indoor positioning and data analytics, growing to $23 billion by 2021.

A University of California Berkeley 1989 alum, Mr. Ali earned a BA in Economics.

Soumya Das
Soumya DasChief Operating Officer
Known throughout his career for innovative, product, and strategic marketing coupled with meticulous execution, Soumya Das implemented a complete rebranding of Sysorex to Inpixon within his first six months as CMO. Evolving into a COO role in February 2018, he will continue to trailblaze Inpixon Marketing, while also leading the Sales, Program Office, Regions, and Channel Alliance teams to success.

Beginning in 2001, Mr. Das directed marketing teams at CrownPeak (acquired by K1), LogicalApps (acquired by Oracle), IXOS (acquired by OpenText), FileNet (acquired by IBM), and Continuus (acquired by Telelogic).

Within the last five years, he operated as CMO of multi-factor authentication company SecureAuth, wherein he conducted their re-launch into the Identity Providor (IdP) brand. Prior to Inpixon, his role as EVP and CMO at Identiv fostered their repositioning into a single, consolidated security technology company.

Alongside an MBA at Richmond College in London, Mr. Das also received a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Andhra University in India.

Shirish Tangirala
Shirish TangiralaChief Product Officer
During his 22 years of experience in applied engineering, IT, and business domains across five countries and three continents, Shirish Tangirala has been an integral part of launching product and service lines and continues his legacy of excellence at Inpixon as CPO.

Mr. Tangirala is a well-versed entrepreneur with an affinity towards product innovation and new business opportunities. His professional expertise encompasses revenue in brand-new markets, from evaluation, risk analysis, service, and revenue model development to launch, sustenance, and profitability management.

In late 1999, Mr. Tangirala immigrated to the United States and launched New Century Global Solutions (NCGS), LLC, serving as President. NCGS was acquired in 2010, and Mr. Tangirala continued with the newly formed Global Medical Informatics, (GMI) LLC as President and CEO. In 2015, Mr. Tangirala accepted the position of Vice President at Sysorex (now Inpixon), driving the company’s offshore delivery initiatives and product certification and compliance.

Mr. Tangirala earned his BE in Civil Engineering majoring in Computer Applications at Osmania University in India.

Vincent Sheffer
Vincent ShefferVice President of Engineering
A pioneer in big data, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-based technologies, Vincent Sheffer leads Inpixon’s engineering and professional services teams.

Prior to Inpixon, Mr. Sheffer has accumulated 22 years of cloud and mobile application experience, most notably as Vice President of Engineering at Apisphere, which offered location-based services to ensure seamless device and cloud orchestration.

As former VP at Apisphere and Chief Architect at irisnote, known for its award-winning mobile cloud applications, Mr. Sheffer specialized in product architecture, platform engineering, and system implementation.

Mr. Sheffer attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he secured a BS in Computer Engineering and an MS in Electrical Engineering.

Wendy Loundermon
Wendy LoundermonVice President of Finance
A financial management leader with 20 years of expertise, Wendy Loundermon guides Inpixon’s critical back-end mechanics of the finance, HR, and operations departments.

In 2002, Ms. Loundermon entered Sysorex Government Services Inc. (now Inpixon) as Controller, then Director of Finance and HR, and in 2008 attained Vice President of Finance. Additionally, she acted as interim CFO in 2015.

As Vice President of Finance, she prepares and files all financial statements, reports, and tax returns, as well as negotiates vendor credit terms and banking relationships.

Ms. Loundermon attended George Mason University, where she spent her college career attaining a BS degree in Accounting and MS degree in Taxation.

Zaman Khan
Zaman KhanPresident, Inpixon Federal
A leader in operations, sales, and business development for over 30 years, Zaman Khan develops the public sector-focused division of Inpixon Federal, fortifying our alliance with OEM vendors, federal, state, and local government agencies.

Before joining Inpixon, Khan was the Executive Vice President at a large IT solutions government contractor where he was responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic programs, professional services, and contracts management.

During his first two years as EVP, revenue increased from $22MM (1997) to $110MM (1998) and directly contributed to increased professional services growth by 20% CAGR from 2000 onward.

Additionally, Khan has worked for multiple IT companies, garnering extensive management experience within marketing, capture management, service delivery, finance and administration.

Mr. Khan secured his membership to the Alexandria school system gifted arts program until graduation and holds the Virginia Industrial Arts award from T.C. Williams.

Bret Osborn
Bret OsbornChief Sales Officer
Overseeing Inpixon’s global sales teams, Bret Osborn operates its direct sales teams, worldwide reseller partner, and systems integration channels.
For six years, Mr. Osborn acted as District Manager at Lanier Worldwide. He then spent another five years as Area VP at EMC, which flourished from $10 million to $110 million per year, before transitioning to RVP at BlueArc.
In 2005, he arose as VP of Sales at Lilen Systems (“Lilien”, n.k.a. Inpixion USA), acquired by Inpixon for $9 million.
Three years later, he became President of Lilen Systems. During this time, its employee count doubled and landed the VAR Business List of Top 50 Fastest Growing VARs. In 2015, he was announced as Inpixon’s Chief Sales Officer.
A Humboldt State University alum, Mr. Osborn earned his BA in Speech Communications.
