Mr. Ali first served as Vice President of Strategic Programs at Sysorex from 1995 to 1998, wherein he ushered their transition to Vanstar and managed over $1 billion in multi-year contracts. This marked his trajectory into mergers and acquisitions totaling $150 million.
He then shifted gears to Isadra Inc., an e-commerce software start-up, as VP of Finance and Marketing. Before stepping into Sysorex Consulting Inc. as President, he spent three years as Managing Director of Tira Capital.
For over 15 years, his executive-level roles at Inpixon (formerly Sysorex) tapped into the $12 billion industry of indoor positioning and data analytics, growing to $23 billion by 2021.
A University of California Berkeley 1989 alum, Mr. Ali earned a BA in Economics.
Prior to Inpixon, Mr. Harper amassed 15 years of cloud and mobile application experience, most prominently as President of Apisphere, which offered location-based services to ensure seamless device and cloud orchestration.
As former President of Apisphere and CTO at irisnote, known for its award-winning mobile cloud applications, he specialized in product architecture, virtualization, predictive analytics, visualization, distributed computing, and dis-aggregated storage.
Mr. Harper secured an MBA from Babson College, and acquired BS degrees in Quantitative Economics & Decision Science and Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.
Launching his career as Chief Operating Officer at Statmon Technologies Corp., he migrated to the financial space in 2009 as CFO of CyberDefender Corporation, an antispyware/antivirus firm reporting 12 consecutive quarters of top line gains and 142% annual revenue growth from 2009 to 2010.
In late 2012, he obtained his second CFO position at Response Genetics Inc., a company refining molecular diagnostic tests gauging patient’s responses to cancer therapy.
Along with a BS degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino, Mr. Harris is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
Beginning in 2001, Mr. Das directed marketing teams at CrownPeak (acquired by K1), LogicalApps (acquired by Oracle), IXOS (acquired by OpenText), FileNet (acquired by IBM), and Continuus (acquired by Telelogic).
Within the last five years, he operated as CMO of multi-factor authentication company SecureAuth, wherein he conducted their re-launch into the Identity Providor (IdP) brand.
Prior to Inpixon, his role as EVP and CMO at Identiv fostered their repositioning into a single, consolidated security technology company.
Alongside an MBA at Richmond College in London, Mr. Das also received a post-graduate diploma in Export/Import Management and Bachelor of Business Management from Andhra University in India.
In 2002, Ms. Loundermon entered Sysorex Government Services Inc. (now Inpixon) as Controller, then Director of Finance and HR, and in 2008 attained Vice President of Finance. Additionally, she acted as interim CFO in 2015.
As VP of Finance, she prepares and files all financial statements, reports, and tax returns, as well as negotiates vendor credit terms and banking relationships.
Ms. Loundermon attended George Mason University, where she spent her college career attaining a BS degree in Accounting and MS degree in Taxation.
For six years, Mr. Osborn acted as District Manager at Lanier Worldwide. He then spent another five years as Area VP at EMC, which flourished from $10 million to $110 million per year, before transitioning to RVP at BlueArc.
In 2005, he arose as VP of Sales at Lilen Systems (“Lilien”, n.k.a. Inpixion USA), acquired by Inpixon for $9 million.
Three years later, he became President of Lilen Systems. During this time, its employee count doubled and landed the VAR Business List of Top 50 Fastest Growing VARs. In 2015, he was announced as Inpixon’s Chief Sales Officer.
A Humboldt State University alum, Mr. Osborn earned his BA in Speech Communications.
