LONDON – Sysorex (NASDAQ: SYRX) today announced the launch of a new AirPatrol for Security demonstration center just outside of London at the headquarters of corporate security and counter espionage firm, Whiterock. The creation of the demonstration center was a joint project between Whiterock and another Sysorex global security partner, Key Options, based in Sydney, Australia.
“We were very pleased to work with Whiterock and help deliver a state-of-the-art center,” said Rick Wylie, Key Options Business Development Director. “The ability to demonstrate the unique device detection and locationing capabilities of the AirPatrol for Security solution in a live environment is extremely powerful.”
Whiterock, which pioneered Technical Surveillance Counter Measures, has protected global clients, including a number of Fortune 1000 companies, against unauthorized surveillance, information leaks, and other forms of commercial espionage for more than two decades. The company protects highly sensitive corporate meetings, and provides technical privacy audits, as well as policy reviews and crisis management services.
“Companies are increasingly losing out to a global corporate espionage problem currently worth $445bn annually due to a lack of knowledge about cutting-edge systems such as AirPatrol to meet current security demands,” said Crispin Sturrock, Whiterock CEO.” We can now remotely access the AirPatrol system installed in our Head Offices to demonstrate a live deployment which builds early confidence in potential customers.”
AirPatrol for Security is a platform for real time detection, locationing and monitoring all Wi-Fi, cellular and Bluetooth devices operating within a building. With sub-room level location accuracy, AirPatrol can distinguish between known and unknown devices, identify their location on a live floor plan, and trigger security alerts when unauthorized devices enter secured zones. The product is used in government, military and commercial high security installations worldwide.
“The Whiterock demonstration center will give us a tremendous boost in the European commercial market,” said Peter Emery, Sysorex’s European director. “With the addition of the Whiterock demonstration center, we will be able to show how AirPatrol can help secure all types of sensitive assets, from financial trading floors to executive boardrooms.”
The official launch along with live presentation of AirPatrol will take place at high profile global Security & Counter Terror EXPO (SCTX) in London Olympia on 19 – 20 April 2016. Live demonstrations at the Whiterock center are available by request via Sysorex sales personnel.
